Our online booking service reserveren.parkerendelft.com allows you to book and prepay for parking in our car parks Marktgarage, Zuidpoortgarage en Prinsenhofgarage. The system recognises your licence plate and allows you to enter the car park. If you leave the car park within the pre-booked parking period, you do not need to go to the payment machine. Otherwise you have to pay at the exit for the additional parking at the standard rate (cards only).

In short – how it works

  • You can book parking online through our online booking service at reserveren.parkerendelft.com. Our online booking service will ask you to enter a date and a time. Click Find offers to see a list of the parking products available at each car park.
  • Choose a product, then click the Select button to confirm your choice en follow the instructions for payment (cards only). Once your payment has been processed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation of your booking.
  • Your license plate number is crucial in the booking. Make sure you fill it in correctly, because it will be checked at the entrance!
  • As you approach the barrier the parking system will recognise the license plate number specified in your booking. Once the system recognises your booking based on either your license plate number, the ticket dispenser will automatically issue a ticket. You will need this ticket when you enter the car park (pedestrian entrance) and to leave the garage.
  • When you leave the garage, you have to present your ticket at the exit. The barrier will open if you leave the garage within the reservation period. If you exceed the booked parking period, you will need to pay for the additional parking at the exit (cards only!), in which case the standard rate will apply. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

To change a booking, you first need to cancel it. Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the start of the parking period.  In the email confirming your booking there is a link that allows you to cancel the booking. You’ll get a refund for your payment minus € 0,50 administration costs.

When booking online you can pay by iDEAL, Mastercard or VISA. If you exceed the booked parking period, you will need to pay for the additional parking at the exit (cards only!), in which case the standard rate will apply.

Yes. Your receipt will be attached to the email confirming your booking.
You don’t get a receipt for additional parking at the standard rate.

Yes. Once your payment has been processed, confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address you provided.

No. When you drive into the car park, the parking system will recognise your licence plate number.

No. You can use any of our car parks without booking in advance. But booking online is much cheaper, making our competitive rates even more competitive.

It’s possible to make multiple bookings for the same or for different license plate numbers. You will have to pay every booking separately. Book and pay multiple reservations in 1 transaction is not possible yet.

You can book parking up until 1 hour before the start of the parking period you want. You can book parking up to 62 days in advance.

As you approach the barrier the parking system will recognise the license plate number specified in your booking. Once the system recognises your booking the ticket dispenser will automatically issue a ticket. You will need this ticket when you return to the car park in order to enter the car park (pedestrian entrance) and to leave the car park by car.
You do not need to press the button for a ticket. In case of problems, contact intercom for assistance.

If your license plate is not recognized, try one of the options below:

  • If your booking contains a QR code, you can scan it at the entrance. The QR scanner works both with a printout of the confirmation email and directly from the smartphone. You will then be offered a parking ticket.
  • Please contact the intercom for instructions from our colleagues.

No. You can park in any available parking space. Bear in mind that we have specific spaces for electric vehicles, handicapped drivers.

Yes, you can drive in as usual. However, it is important to bear in mind that your booking will be recognised from 30 minutes before and up to 60 minutes after the specified start time of your booking.

From 30 minutes before the start of the reserved time you can drive in with your reservation. Until the end time stated on the reservation, you can park without paying extra. After that you have to pay extra.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes earlier than indicated in the reservation, your reservation is not yet valid. You have 2 choices:

  • If you are going to park in the garage at that moment, you pay the regular rate and the reservation is not valid. The reservation costs are not reimbursed.
  • Do not park yet and come back later. Are you already at the entrance? You can withdraw a ticket into the garage and immediately leave the garage free of charge. If you return to the garage within 30 minutes before the indicated reservation time, you can enter the garage with your reservation.

Take a good look at what applies to your reservation:

  • Reserved parking time less than 24 hours: The reservation is recognised up to 1 hour after the specified time. This means that you can use the reservation up to 1 hour later than the specified reservation. The reservation does end at the time you specified.
    If you arrive at the garage later than 1 hour after the reservation time, your reservation is no longer valid. You can then use the garage at the regular rate. In that case, the reservation costs will not be reimbursed.
  • Reserved parking time 24 hours and more: Arriving later is no problem. Your reservation is valid until the specified date and end time.

Present your ticket at the exit. The barrier will automatically go up when you leave before the end of your booked period. If you exceed the booked parking period, you will need to pay for the additional parking at the exit (cards only!), in which case the standard rate will apply.

If you booked a parking period of less than 24 hours, you can only drive in and out once. This means that when you exit the garage, your reservations stops.

If you made a reservations that lasts longer than 24 hours, you can drive in and out an unlimited number of times.

See here what applies to you:

  • Up to 1 hour before the reservation is the best option: cancel your reservation and make a new one on the right license plate.
  • You are already at the entrance
    → If your reservation contains a QR code, you can scan the QR code at the entrance.
    → No QR code? Press the intercom for further instructions. Please note that you have reserved with an ‘incorrect’ registration number. We try to help you as best we can.

You book parking for a specific period. If you exceed your booked parking period, you need to pay for the additional parking at the standard rate. You can do this at the exit (cards only!). The amount will be displayed on the screen after  entering the parking ticket at the exit.

No. You will not receive a refund. So be sure to choose the right discount voucher for your visit.

Push the intercom button at the barrier for support.

The booking doesn’t give you priority to enter the car park. You will have to wait for your turn. As you arrive at the barrier and recognizes your booking, it will go up automatically. It is important to bear in mind that your booking will be recognised from 30 minutes before and up to 60 minutes after your booked parking period.
We are not responsible for any lines and waiting time at the entrance.

No that’s not possible. Your booking applies to the car park specified on your booking.

As you pushed the button for a ticket, you activated a regular parking activity. You cannot enter the garage with the reservation. You will have to pay for parking when leaving the garage. The booking will not be refunded.
There is one exception: If you find out at the entrance that you have pushed the button for a ticket, enter the garage and immediately leave the garage. This will cost you nothing. Be in time for your reservation. It is still valid.
